HAS. MORAN is correct in stating
that we sold the quartz ledge now .
known as Nevada Quartz Mine, to him, in
, 1872, but his assertion that we now claim,
as an independent ledge, a spur from that
ledge, which ruus off from his tunnel, and
belonging to him, is.a very fictitious statement. If he means by that s
which is about 800 feet from
paraliet with it and ison the extension of
the Yuba ledge, while his is on that of the
indséy ledge,-he wilt oblige us by
any his statements, and alse his title to
the ledge, or else take back his accusation
