Wie the Probate Court of the County of NeA vada, State of California. Inthe matter
of the Estate of John Bell, deceased. On
teading and filing the petition of Chas. Mcxivy. Administrator of the Estate of John
Bell deceased, setting forth that he has filed
his final account of hisadministration of the
estate of said deceased, in this Court, and
that the same has been duly settled and allowed : that all the debts and expefises. of
administration have been duly paid: and
that a portion of said estate remains to be
divided among the heitsof said dcceesed,
and praying among other things for an order
of distribution of the residue of said estate
among the persons entitled and for final discharge. It is ordered, that all persons interested in the estate of the said John Bell
deceased, be and appear before the Probate
Court of the said county of Nevada, at the
Court Room of said Court, in the city of Nevada, in said Nevada county, on Saturday,
the 23d day of September, 1871, at 10 0’clock
A.M. then and there to show cause why an
order of distribution should not be e of
the residue of said estate among the ‘heirs
of the said deceased. according to law. It
