The Metropolitan Trust Company of the City of New
Work, Trustee under Indenture of Mortgage or Deed of
Trust from the Gentral Pacific Railroad Company to
Charles OGrocker and Silas W.Sanderson, bearing date
the first day of October 1870, securing the Land Bonds
of said Central Pacific Railroad Company, and an Inden-—
ture between the Central Pacific Railroad Company,
J. O'B. Gunn and William E. Brown, Trustee and the
Southern Pacific Gompany in respect to the extension of
tthe time of payment of a portion of said land ponds
which said Indenture of Mortgage or Deed of Trust
dated the first day of October 1870, was recorded
on the dates and in the County Records as follows:
on the 24th day of January 1871, in Book "lo"
of Mortgages at page 524, 525, 526, 527 etc. of the
Records of the County of Nevada in the State of california. .
Hereby certifies that the Mortgage above mentioned
‘and described and existing under said Indenture of
Mortgage or Deed of Trust, dated the first day of
‘October 1870, and said Indenture of Extension dated
‘the Fourth day of September 1890, has been satisfied
