tompany to Charles Crocker and Silas W. Sanderson,
‘rustees, as security for the payment of Ten Thousand
wonds, each for the sum of One Thousand Dollars payable
mrenty years from date, with interest at the rate of
ix per cent per annum, and the appointment of trustees
under the terms of said Mortgage or Deed of Trust).
AND WHEREAS, the said Railroad dompany has sold
she lands hereinafter described, pursuant to the fore—
yoing conditions, to Samuel McCrea, for the sum of
vour Hundred and Nine 15/100 (409 15/100) Dollars,
fhich sum has been by --fully paid to the said James
IB. gunn and William E. Brown, Trustees as aforesaid:
