That, that certain mortgage dated August 29th 1898,
and made by Ah You the party of the first part to
Joseph and Jacob Weissbein, co-partners undér the firm
name of Weissbein Bros. & Co., the parties of the
Second part and recorded in the office of the gounty
Recorder of the County of Nevada, State of California
in Book 28 of Mortgages at page 720 on the Seventeenth
day of September 1898, together with the debt thereby
secured is fully paid, satisfied and discharged.
