Nevada Township, shall for all ieee
dered the City cf Nevada, in each crimine]
case, receive thesum cf throe Dollars, to be
paid out of the aity treasury, provided however that in case the tinesliould be collected
frem the de‘endant, the fee of suid Justice
shall be retained out ot the moneys go collected, the balance, after paying the other
expenses of the prosecuticn, tobe paid into
the city treasury by the Marshal.
Section 2. ‘the Marshal and’ Policeman
shailin ali cases of arrest fur violation of
city ordinances, whether the .ine is cv lected
or not, reccive the sum of three dollars for
their services in making said arrest and atteading on-Court during trial, in ali cases
however. where the fine is cvilected
they shall be paie out of the money s8o collected. For servin subpocna on each witness they shall receive no compensation and

Section 3, In any case of conviction for
