Nt Heaton, a cattle driver who last week shot , oe accidentally at Bowman's dai, and died at Emigrant Gapacouple of days later: Mr. Heaton was married about a year and a half ago toa young lady of Oakland. One very sad feature of the case is that none of his relatives were with him when he passed away.
