Onto.--An immense meeting of the War Democrats was held in Cincinnati, August 27th. Speeches were made by Colonel Stillwell, Colonel Burke, Judge Warden, Mr. Milis, J. J. Quinn and others. Resolutions were adupted strongly denouncing Vallandigham and his fullowers, and favoring a vigor~ ous prosecution of the war until the last foot of ground in the rebellious States is conquered. The meeti-g warn perfect success. Tne Richmond Examiner makes a bitter attack on the rebel President and says in plain words that “the people are weary of the flagrant mismanagement ut the goveru ment,” and continues: “Had the people dreamed that Mr. Davis would carry all bis chronic antipathies, bis bitter prejudices, bis puerile partialices, and his doting favoritiem have allowed hia to Gill it,” A St. Louts correspondent says: “The emigration to Nevad» Territory, this season, id very large—literally in multitudes. From the Missuuri bord r to that distant section, one is never oui of sight of emigrant wagons. A great part of the tide that startet te Cualifornia and Oregon is stopping there and fillng up the silver region of that progressive young Territory. : A LARGE crowd were highly amused lately at Virgiuia city, atthe manner in which a Chinaman managed an unruly hog.
