support the Government and to pay interest
vn the public debt,” approved June 30th,
1864, and amended by the act of March 34,
1365, to all persons liable tu pay duties or
taxes under said act in the county of Nevada, that he has received from the Assessor
thereof his annual list ef taxes, ineluding
tax on. Incomes, Licenses, Gold Watches,
Carriages, etc., and that the duties and
taxes assessed by the said, Assessor have ‘become due and payable; that he will attend
for the collection of the same at

Crry Taxes.—The City Trustees have
made the following levy of taxes for city
purposes duriug the next year: °
Fire Fund..... 20 cents,
& General Fund...50 cents.
