An Ordinance Providing for Licensing the Raising of or Pasturing
sheep Within the County of hevada.
fP\HE Roard of Supervisors of the County
T of Nevada do oruain as follows:
SECTION I,
Every person, company or corporation
engaged in, or who shall . ereafter e in
the busi.ess of rai-ing or pasturing sheep
within the County of Nevada shill procure
and pay fora license therefor from the license collector .f the Count, of Nevada of
five cents per head per annum, for each
head of sheep pastured withi said County
by such person, cempavy vr co-peration,
but no licens: shall be issued under this ordinance fora less term than one year,
BECTION II,
The license cgllector shall receive for his
own vse for collvctiny licens-s under this
ordinance a fee of twenty-five per cent. of
a!l. moneys collected for licenses under this
‘ordtnanee, and shall pay into the County
Treasury alt sums 0 collected in exc:
his said fee, which shal: be placed to the
General Koad Fund of thecounty o Neva la:
SECTION LI.
Every person, cumpany or corporation
wh » shal! fail to procurethe license provided
for in this ordinance at or before the cémmencement of the business in this ordinance
named, shall, n addiuon vo the lizense herein levied, be fined in the sum of one hun«ved dollars, to be recovered in any ¢ urt .
