Good Shooting.
B. A. Van Slyke, of Indian Springs,
killed eighty-four quail-on Friday,
without.a dog. In sevenday’s hunting he bagged 350 birds, and last
year he killed in all 2,500 quails.
‘This season he thinks he will be able
to market about 3,000. Van Slyke is
one of the best shots in the State,
and we will .ventyre to say that he
can kill more. quail in a given time

half alive. Yet there are thousands whose
habitual condition is one of languor and debility. ’ They complain of no specific dis-:

have no relish for anything which affords
mental OY sestious pleasure to their more
robust pnd energetic fellow beings. .
In nine cages out of ten this.stateof alike

both mind and.body. When the. waste of

assimulation of the food, every organ is .
“starved, every function interrupted,
Now, what does common sense’ suggest
The system needs rousing and_, strengthening; not merely'for an hour or two, to sink .
afterwards into a more pitible condition

founded ori the unvatying experience ofa
quarter ofa century, is easily givem. Tn@ course of’ Hostetter’s Stomach Bittérs.
Do not waste timein admistering temporary
remedies, but wake the system up by reYaperating the foiintain-head of physiéal
strength and energy, the great _organ upon
which all theother organs depemgpfor-their
nature and support.
By the time that a dozen deses or the great
vegetable tonic and invigorant have been
Ptaken, the feeble frame of'the dyspeptic
will’ begin to feel its benign influence.
Appetite will be created, and with appetite
the capacity to digest what it craves. Preserve until cure is complete-—until healthful blood, fit to be the material of fiesh and
muscle, bone nerve and brain, flows through
the channels of circulation, instead of the
watery pebulum with which they have here
