California in and for the county of Nevada, against James Paul, for thesum of Twelye Hundred and ten 96-100 dollars, with interest thereon from the date of saidjndgment at the rate of . {per cent per annum till paid, together with costs of suit taxed at $56 25 and counsel fees aiiowed herein amounting to the sum of $150. And whereas, A. D.
