14th Judicial District. of the State o. California in and for the county of Nevada, against
James Paul, for thesum of Twelye Hundred
and ten 96-100 dollars, with interest thereon
from the date of saidjndgment at the rate of

costs of suit taxed at $56 25 and counsel fees
aiiowed herein amounting to the sum of $150.
And whereas, A. D. Merriam, on the day
aforesaid, and-in the court aforesaid, recovered-a judgment against James Paul, for the sum
of One Thousand éight hundred and forty-nine
93-100 dollars with interest thereon from the
date of said judgment at the rate of seven per
