meeting of the Directors held at the oftice
of the Company. on the 30th day of
August, A. D, 1876, an assessment (No.6) of
twenty-five cents per share. was levied upon
the capital stock of the corporation, payable immediately in United States gold cdin,
to the Secretary at the office of tha company, Main street, North San Juan, Nevada
county, California. Any stock upon which
this assessment shall remain unpaid on
Tuesday, the 3d day of -October, 1876, will
be delinquent and advertised for sale at
public. auction and unless payment is made
before, will' be sold on THURSDAY, the
Twenty-sixth day of October, 1876, to pay
