Jedge from one Olsen, or Charley: Wilson
ana heis cilled; as I-claim.the syme, In
“1872 I bought the qu, rtz ledge now known
2s the Nevata Quartz Mine, of Olsen &
#lin, situated on Canyen Creek Washinogtun Towns! ip, Nevada Couuty C.1., and
is the North extension ot the Lindsey
ledge. There is a spur which runs oft
from my tunnel, end the above named
party has located the same, and claimsit
us an irdependent ledge, but in fact it
belongs to me, and -be public will tak
due. nvtice thereof.
4 CHAS. MORAN,
. July 14, 1877.
ANSWER TO CAUTION.
(Gare MORAN is correct in stating
/ that we sold the quur'z ledge now
known as Nevada Quartz Mine, ‘to him, in
1872, but -his assertion that we now ciaim,
wé.an independent ledge, a spur from that
jedge, which ruus off from ‘his tunnel, and
belonging to him, is a very fic.itious stateusent. If be means by thatapur a ledge
which is about 80 feet from his, running
parallet. with it and is on the extension of
the Yuba ledge, while his is on that of the
Lindsey ledge, he will oblige us by proving his statements, and alse his title to
[ i ge, or else take back his accusation
and hold his peace. . . :
