certis postponed until
Monday, October 31, 1870,
Unexpected interferences have operated to
make . his delay necessary to accomplish the
resn t of freeing the Library from debt, without recourse te uther privileges granted by act
of the Legislature, passed February 19, 13870.
This 1s positively the only postponement
which will be made. ‘the Concert. will take
piace on the day above named, commencin
at 9 o’clock, A. M., and to continue antil al
the gilts have been awarded. f
The funds already in bank are ¢oneiderab!
more than eufficient to insure the suceéssfu
completion of the contract with the public.
The sale of Tickets will positively close on
Friday, the 28th day of UGtober, 1870.
