machinéry,>25 cents per miner’s inch for 24
hours run, previded that during the months
of June, July,\August and September of
each year when ‘the Water Company can
not obtain more than a sufficient supply of
waterin the pipes fer domestic purposes
and irrigation, it may refuse to supply water
for the purpose of runpi machinery and
provided further that on the complaint of a
water consumer that he is unable to obtain a
sufticieatsupply of water for dumestic purposes orirrigation, the Board of City Trustees muy, after investigating the matier, or
