The first pager will please the ladies. It represents a scene on Fifth Avenue, New York, after the WHuster morning service. Other pictures include that of the queen of the, New Orleans Mardi Gras Festival, scenes connected with the rcent outbreak ia New Orleans, a full page of particularly attractive amateur photographs (reproduced), the spring flouds in the Mississippi River, views in Oak Clff, T-xas, a striking full jage of a bull-fight.on the plains, and the old French Market in New Crleans (four pictures).
