“ ‘Theo. Reichart. premit winding bobbins without removing the work from
the machine.
The‘loose balance wheel is actuated by a solid bolt passing through a coliar securely pinned to the «shaft outside
of the balance wheel, which bolt is held to position by a
strong spiral spring. When a bobbin isto be wound the
bolt is julled out enough to release the balance wheel,
and turned slightly to the right or left where it is held by
a stop-pin tili the bobbin is filled. _When-the. machine is
liable to be meddled with by children, the bolt can be left
out of the wheel-when not in use, so that the machine
cannot be operated by the treadle.
The driving w .1eel on this machine is admitted to be the simplest, easies
running and most convenientofany. The machine is self-threading, has the
very best tension and thread liberator, is made ofte best mierial, with the
wearing parts hardened, and is finished in a superior styelt. 1t has. ve
