of Supervisors of Nevada County on the

and survey the proposed public road in
Road Districts No. 5 and 3, in Little
York Township, from Chalk Bluff to the

the Bear Valley Road, was tiled with the
Clerk of said Board on the Highteenth
day of July, 1892. That the said Board
at the time of tiling of said report, being
then in session, fixed SATURDAY, AUGUsT 6th, 1892, at the hour of 10 o'clock
a. M, of said day, at the Court House, in
Nevada City, California, as the time and
place ot hearing said report of viewers,
and directed notice of such hearing to be

ail the known owners consent to the layimg out and construction of said road except the Greenhorn Creek Mining and
' Lumber Co.
