SECTION 4. SECTION 6. No brick or stone wall shall be supported upon stringers of wood; and it shali be unlawful for any. persun to raise, build upon, or alter sny building of brick and stone or both, unless the same-is so completed, altered or constructed, as to comply with the provisions of tnis ordinance. SECTION 8, It+hall be unlawful for any person to smoke hams, bacon, sausage, or any meats whatever in houses,other than brick or stone houses, with walls at least twelve fui to Construct, use or maintain any chimney .r flue attached to, or connected with any structure within the genera, or special fire limits, unless the same shall be constracted of stone, brick or terra-cotta from theground up, saiu chimney or flue to exteud at least ubree feet above the roof or outer wail of guid building. SECTION 9. any per on using or occupying any building within the Peper or special tire limits of the City of Nevada which has heretofore been, or may hereafter be’constructed or erected coutrary to the provisions of this or any other Ordinance of the ity of Nevada rela ing tufires or the prevention of fires is declured guilty of maintaining a pute nuisauce (unless specially exempted y the provisions of this Ordinance) and said nuisance shall be abated in the manner provided by law for he abatement of public nuisances. The Trustees of the city of Nevada shall also have the powerat any time to abate and remove such nuisance. SECTION 10.
