Commencing at 11 o’elock a. uM. 1st,
to elect a County Central Committee for
the ensuing two years. 2d, to nominate
candidates for all county offices to be
elected on the 8th day of November,
1392. 3d, to take action for, holding
Joint Senatorial Convention.
It was also Resolved, That a primary
election for delegates to such convention

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17TH, 189,
Under and in conformity with the Primary Election Law, at the following times
and places.
That each and every precinct as existing in the election of 1890 shall be entitled to elect one delegate for every
twenty votes and fraction thereof of five
or more cast by said precincts for Markham and Reddick, in the election of 1890.
The election shall be held in ‘the pre:
cincts of Nevada-Cityand-rass-Valey;
Boston Ravine, Hills Flat and Truckee
between the hours of 2 o’clock p. wm. and
8 o'clock Pp. M.
In all other precincts the election shall
be held between the hours of 5 o’clock
Pp. M. and § o'clock P. M., in such a manner as the voters present shall declare.
Resolved, That when no provision has
been niade for officers of the election in
any precinct, or in case of. failure of
