Fourth—There is a ready market for all farm products at good prices.. Fifth—There are exvellent means of transportation, the railway penetrating the central portion of the county. All the parts are made to gauge exactly the same as the Singer, and are constructed of precisely the same materials. The Chicago Singer Machine have every important improvement in a Jdoose balance wheel so constructed as to premit winding bobbins without removing the work from the machine. ae. The loose balance wheel is actuated by a solid bolt passing through a collar securely pinned to the shaft outside: of the balance wheel, which bolt is held to position by a ‘strong spiral spring. When. a bobbin is to be wound the bolt is pulled out enough to release the balance wheel, and turned slightly to the right or left where itis held by a stop-pin till the bobbin is filled. When the machine is liable to be meddled with by children, the bolt can be left out of the wheel when not in use, so that the machine cannot be operated by the treadle. The driving Weel on this machine is admitted to be the simplest ranning and most convenient of any. The machine is eolf-threading, rss very best tension and thread liberator, is made of the best maerial, with the @ parte hardened, and is finished in a superior styelt, lt has ve neered cover, drop-leaf table, end:diawers and cenwing drawer, The manufacturers WARRANT FVERY MACHINE FOR.5 YEAR, Assessment Notice.
