People will go to a ball and dance all night till they are used u», and then holble around next day complaining of being sore and worn out, when in fact it ia their own fault and that, too, because they take no other exercise. In proof of this we a-k you to attend the fine entertainment which is to be given at Arsnory Hail Thursday evening and there note the difference between the boys who take regular exercise at the gymnasium and persons who do not. The former will dance for hours and get up next morning with bright eyes and clear skin, active and ready for the business of the day, while the latter will puff and blow at the close of every dance, be very red in the face, the perspiration pouring off them, and go home com. pletely exhausted.
