An Ordinance Supplomentary to and
Amendatory of an Ordinance entitled
Ordinance No, 32, Regulating the Is
suing of Licenses,
HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
Vity of Nevada do hereby ordain a:
follows:
Section 1, Ordinance No. 32. (Ok
No. 7) regulating the issuing of license:
is amended as follows:
No license shall be hereafter issued
any saloon, or place where malt, vinous,
or spirituous liquors are sold or given
away, in quantities 'ess than one quart,
unless before or at the time of the issu
tnce-of such license a peruit to. carry—or
the said bustngss shall be granted by a4
majority ol’ the Hoard of City ‘Trustees,
and no permit shall be granted by the
said Hoard of City ‘Trustees, and no perwit shall be granted by the said Board to
any noisy ,or disorderly house, or the
keeper thereof,
Section 2. If any house, to which
license shall have been issued to carry on
auch business, shall become noisy or dig.

thereof, and shall not revoke any license,

of the provisions of (his ordinance, or any

ordinance (except licensed druggists)
shall be deemed guilty of a migdemeanor,
and shail pay a fine of not less than ten,
nor over owe hundred dollars, or, be imprisoned not less than one, nor over ten
days, or shall suffer beth fine and imprisoument in the discretion of the Court.
' And in addition thereto the said house,
so being carried on. Without a license is
hereby declared a public niiisance and
shall hy abated and suppressed by civil
action. :
This ordinance shall take effect, and be
in force on aud after the 10th day of February, 1893
