Section 1. Ordinance No. 32. ,Ol
No. 7) regulating the issuing of licens
is amended as follows:
No license shall be hereafter issued
any saloon, or place wiere tnali, vinou
or spirituous hqnors are sold or given
away, in quantitios 'ees than one quart,
unless before or at the time oi the issu
ance of such license a permit to garry o1
the said business shail be gianied by a
najority of the Board of City Trustees,
and no permit shall be granted by th
said Board of City Trustees, aiid no per
nit shall be granted by the sayl Boar fo
any noisy or disorderly house, or . thy
keeper thereof.
Section 2. If any house, to Which
license hall ave been issued to carry a
such business, shall become noisy or digorderly, such license way be revoked iy

Board shall not refuse to allow livense to
he issued to any such house, or the keeper
thereof, and shall not revoke any license,
