he heirs of the late James Whartenby have petitioned the Probate
Court of San Francisco for a partial
uistribution of the estate, according to
provisions of the will of deceased. In
that document William Whartenby is
g.ven $50,000,Albinia Whartenby $35,, 000-and Ann May Whartenby, $80,900. The petitioners set forth: that
heters testamentary were granted ¢xecutors latt-September.;that no debty
are outstanding and that executors

He was a native of Ireland, 55
years of age, and has been since the
