machinery appliances and assays of gravel, over and above receipts, in that certain mining claim, owned jointly by

16, N. R. 8 E. M.D.M., Rough & Ready
Township and Mining District, Nevada

" owners or tenants in common Of. said mining claim and that upon such an accounting the Defendant be adjudged and
decreed to be indebted to Plaintiti in the
sum of $801.77. That decree of this

whole of said premises, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied, . first,
to the payment of the costs of
this proceeding, including reasonable
counsel. fees, second to the payment
to Plaintiff of the saidsum of $801.77,
