Pritrascrc, July 13.—Yesterday afternoon 1500 employes of the Carnegie upper and lower Union Mills of this city and the plant at Beaver Falls met at Laurenceville to cuhsider the Homestead affair. Resolutions were adopted appointing a committee from the three mills to notify General Superinte ident Dillon . that if the Carnegie Steel Company would not agree,to confer with the Amal gamated Association in regard to» the Homestead scale by Thursday they would .
