What a Correspondent Has to Say About the Adams—Godair Nuptials, A San Francisco correspondent writes to the TRANscaiPT.as follows : One of the most delightful events of the season was the wedding of Miss Bertha Godair and Joe Adams at the house of Mrs. Godair on Bush street. It was one of the most recherche affairs of the season. It was successful in every respect. The house was ablaze with lights from innumerable gas jets, that gave to the floral decorations the appearance of Paradise. For some time past the absorbing topic of conyersation—has beon-the wedding of these young-people. But now the end has come: The wedding is a thing of the past, and it-has been celebrated most royally. No affair of this kind has been equalled in brilliancy and perfect management. At 8 o'clock the bridal party entered the parlors to the wedding march of Mendelssohn, played by Prof. W. McDonald on the violii;accompanied by Miss Minnie Godair on the piano. The bride entered, leaning on the arm groom was accompanied by the bride's mother, following—were Mr. J. Rivers and Miss Hattie Godair, Mr. Wm.
