of California and described as follows, to-wit:
Said land is situated between the Grass Valley amd
Nevada Turnpike Road and the old road leading. from.
Nevada to Grass Valley adjoining the lands of J. N.
Turner on the West and the lands of Mr. Wisse known
as the brewery lot on the East originally occupied by
J. L. Peters containing about Two acres of land be
the same more or less. Together with all improvementé
and buildings situated thereon.
