Notice is hereby given that Lord Housman and
Joseph Martin, the Executors of the Last Will and
Testament of Joel JMeacham, deceased, have filed
in said Court, the petition for distribution of said
estate; and that Monday, the 13 day of January 1908,
at 10 O'clock A. M., at the Court Room of said Court,
i at Nevada city, in said Nevada County, has been duly
. appointed by the clerk of said Court, for the settlement of said account, and the hearing of the petition
