“6 half of the North East quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Sixteen North, of Range Eight East am tht Lot Numbered Two and the South East quarter of the North West quarter and the Lots Numbered Three and: Four and the East half of the South West quarter of Section Seven and the Lot Numbered One and the North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section . Eighteen in Township sixteen North, of Range Nine _ Fast, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian in the District of Lands subject to sale at Sacramento, California containing Six Hundred and Forty-four acres and Sixtyeight Hundredths of an acre according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said lands returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, which said tracts have been purchased by the said Trustees as aforesaid "in trust for the several use and benefit of the occupants thereof according to their respective interests" under said Act of March 2d, 1867. NOW KNOW YE, That the United States of America, in consideration of the premises, and in conformity _ with the several Acts of Congress in such case made and provided, have given and granted, and by these . presents Do Give and Grant unto the said Trustees a8 aforesaid "in trust for the several use and benefit of the occupants thereof according to their respectivi interests" under said Act of March 2d, 1867 and to ~ PIERCE-BOSQUIT ABSTRACT & TITLE CO.,, Nevada City, Cal
