Recorded in Book "10" of Deeds at page 522 et seq.
That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of ($450.00) Four Hundred
& Fifty Dollars, lawful money of the United States of
America to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and quitclaimed and
by these presents doth remise, release and quitclaim
unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece or
parcel of land situated in the City and County of
Nevada, State of California bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the Nevada and Grass
Valley Turnpike Road adjoining an old saw mill lot
of said J. N. Turner on the North East corner and
running thence North West to the Old Nevada and
Grass Valley Road, thence North East along said road
to an open lot now owned by E. Wies, thence South
East to the Nevada and Grass Valley Turnpike Road,
thence along said road to the place of beginning. The
