vegetables in a single season, or for the purpose of producing perennial crops, abun
dant water facilities are at hand for that

Clear Lake Railroad Company is being graded from Madison, the present terminus of
the Vaca Valley and Clear Lake Railroad,

the Capay Valley Land Company, a corporation composed chiefly of the Directors and
Officers of. the Southern Pacific Company,
