Fidelit Aid Association
Has made for itself arecord for honest dealing, prompt payment of losses, and satiswhich we have knowledge.
The Association has paid in Nevada
county, since lest June, something like
twenty different losses, and in every case
the claims of policy holders have been
settled in the shortest possible time. In fio
case hasthe payment of claims been delay ed longerthan four days. In every in
stance the losses were satisfactorily adjusted, and no word of complaint from
policy holders has ever been heard; on the
contrary those members Who have had
losses with the Association speak in terms
of highest commendation as to the ‘manner
in which they were paid.
This isarecord of which. any Compary
may well be proud.
The Fivelity has a very large membership
iu Nevada county and it is constantly increasing. We feelno hesitancy in recommending this Associatiun toall who desire
this kind ofindemnity.
Among those who have received benefits
from the Association:
John X. MeDonald—3 losser.
8. M. Shur leff.
J.J. Bennett.
John Muir.
F, J. Brinkman, —
Manuel Matlos.
John P, B. Fenchell.
Geachino Basso,
Johu K. Edwards.

MANHATTAN
Life Insurance Comp’y.
San Francisco, Cal., ‘March 12, 1890.5
To whom it may concern:
I desire to acku: wledgethe prompt payment of Fiye Thousand Dollars, the
amoufit of policy insuring the life of my
deceased husband, P. L. GOEKDECKE, insured by the MANHATTAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY of t ew York, thirough
their General Agent, JOHN LANDERS of
San Francisco, Cal.
The promptnees is particularly commendable as the proofs of claim were only sub
mitted to their agency Febrnary 21, 1860,
and after seventeen days the money has
been paid to me, without discount, although not under the terms of the policy,
issued under the old form, waking peyment of claims “ninety days after} receipt
of proof.”
I cheerfully recommend to my] German
friends and a)l others tte VanhettanLife

prompt settlement.
