the premises conveyed by said mortgage

promissory notes.

E.14 Sec. 34, 1. 16, N. R. 8 E., in Nevada
county, is community property, and the interest of Annie W. Hutchinson in said land

proceeds are not sufficient to pay the same,
then said Plaintifiseeks to obtainan Execution against said Wm.H. Hutchinson for
the balance remaining due, and also that
the said vefendants and all persons clainting by, through or under them, or either of
them may be barred and foreclosed of all
right, title, claim, lien, equity of redemption, and interest in and to said mortgaged
premises, and for other and further relief.
