during the months of June, July, August and September, of each year when
the Water Company cannot obtain more
than a sufficient supply of water in the
pipes for domestic purposes and irrigation, it may refuse to sell water for the
purpose of running machinery.

shall accompany the agent of the Water
Company for the purpose of shutting off
the water from the premises of any person who.shall be in default in\ the payment of water rates as provided in this
Ordinance.

Williams Ravine to Spring Streét, .

Section 1.

apart, and shall be.4-inches--wide—by— 4
inches in thickness.. The beards-shall be
nailed down by 4 inch wire nails, and tlie}'
said sidewalks shall be laid lengthwise
with the street, on which each . is “laid,
and each sidewalk shall be of the same
grade as the street on which the same is
laid.
Section 8. Said sidewalks shall be constructed under the superintendence and
direction of the Street Superintendent,
and the property-holders, and owners! of
lots having a frontage on the sides of the
streets herein described, as Heing atfected by this ordinance are required to construct the same in front of ° their respettive lots, in the manner hereinbefore deseribed, on or before March », 1892, and
