CONDITIONS. L All trotting and pacing races are the beat three in five, except the two-year old, unless otherwise specified; five to enter and three to start. But the Board reserves the right to hold a less Humber than five to fill; by the withdrawal of @ proportionate amount of the purse. Entrance fee 10 per cent on urse, accompany nominations. Troting and pacing purses divided at the rate of 60 per cent. to first horse pe cent. to second, and 10 per cent. to third, National Association rules to govern trotheats of any two classes alternately, if necessary to finish any day’s racing,.or to trot a special race between heats. A horse making a walk-over shall be entitled only to the entrance money ped in. When less than the required number of starters appear they may contest for the entrance money, to be divided as follows: 663g to the first, 8344 to to the second, : In all entries not declared out by 6 P. x. of the day preceding the race shall be required to start. Where there is more than one entry by one erson, or in one interest, the particular 1orses that are to atart-must be named by 6 P.M. of the Gay proveding the race. No added money paid fora walk-over, Rules of the State Agricultural Society to govern running races, except when conditions named are otherwise.
