Commercial Streets In the City 0).

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
City of Nevada do ordain as follows :
sxcrion 1. _ It is hereby: declared
necessary for the public health, interest
and convenience, that the sewers herein
described should be constructed in the
corporate dimits of the city of Nevada.
Seo. 2. "A 10-inch earthen pipe shall
be laid as follows: Commencing at the
iron bridge across Deer creek, ranning
thence along the east side of Main street
9, block 5, on Coyote street; thence
across said Coyote street and Main street
to Hyman’s corner, and an 8-inch earthen
pipe connecting with the 10-inch main at
Hyman's corner and running thence
along the westerly side of Main street at
the outer edge of the sidewalk to Charch
atreet. Also an 8-inch earthen pipe
connecting: with the 10-inch main’ at
Hyman’s corner and running thence
along the northerly side of Commercial
street af the outer edge. of the sidewalk
to Pine street at the Tilley building.
The said sewer pipe shall be laid on a
uniform grade aud deep enough so that
at no point shall it be within 9 inches of . ”
the bottom of the gutter provided to be
constructed along said streets.
Sec. 3. The property owners along
-the line-of said-sewer-on--the,.same_side
of the streets: shall be, and they are
hereby required to construct the said
sewers in front of their premises after a
notice of five days from the Chairman ol
the Street Comittee or the Superintendent of streets, and any failure ou the
part.of any’ property owner to construct
