KNOW ALL MEN BY THES# PRESENTS.
That the undersigned, citizens of the United States,
and citizens of the State of Califomia, have associated
ourselves together for the purpose of forming, and hereby
form and organize a corporation under the laws of the State
of Califomia, and certify and declare:

That the name of such corporation shall be THE HARTERY CONSOLIDATED MINING COMPANY.

That said corporation is formed for the purpose of
acquiring, by location and purchase, or by either method,
mining claims, mill sites, water rights, ditches, roads,
rights of way, and all lands and property that may be necessary and convenient in the business of quartz mining; to
bond, lease, let, sell, agree to purchase, or aan quartz
Mines, mill sites, water rights, ditches, roads, rights of
way, and 211 other lands necessary or convenient in carrying
on the business of quartz mining; tO carry on and conduct
