THE DAILY TRANSCRIPT. HOW TO VOTE If You Vary From the Following Your Vote Will Not Be Counted. First—Give your name and residence to one of the clerks of election, who will give you a ballot if your name is on the registry list. Second—Upon receiving the ballot retire alone to one of the booths and 'prepare y. ur ballot by marking an X at the right of the nam: for each person for whom you wish to vote. “ee Third—If you are to vote for two or more persons for the saine office make a cross mark X at the right of as many names as there are candidates to be elected to each office. Foarth—In case a question is submit ted to vote, make an X at the right of the proposition for which you desire to vote. Fifth—Do not .nark your ballot inany other way.
