THE BOARD OF ded ep of the
City of Nevada do ordain as follows :

necessary forthe public health, interest
and convenience, that the sewers herein
described should be constructed in’ the
corporate limits of the city of Nevada.
xo. 2.0 A 10-inch earthen pipe shall
be laid as follows: Oommencing ide
