New pump rods are being put into
the Idaho mine from top to bottom.
A clean-up of 60 tons of ore has just
been made from the W. Y. O. D.
quartz mine which yielded over $50
a ton, This ‘ore was taken out in
sinking the shaft, and did not represent any ore from the drifts or stopes,
and did not include the sulphurets,
which are rich. The Company has
also just reecived a return from 10
tons of sulphurets that were sent to
Denver’ for treatment, ‘and they yielded $300 per ton. The W. Y. O. D.
never looked so well as now, and
gives promise pfi being a highly —

Vallejoites will hear a good speech,
and they will not fiad any flaws in it.
That news from the State of Maine,
about the Republicans having an increased majority, will not burt Judye
Roberts, nor any other of the Repirhlican speakers.
