the terms and conditions herein stated :
Section 1, Be it ordered by the Board
of Trustees of the City of Nevada, State
of Calitornia, that the Western Union Telegraph Company, its successors, and assigiis, are authorized to erect and maintam on the streets, alleysand public ways
of said City the poles and fixtures and
wires necessary for the purpose of supplying the citizens of said City and the publie, communication by telegraph, or other
iniproved electrical device, such use to be
and continue upon the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, for the term ot
