of Trustees of the City of Nevada, State
of California, that the Western Union Telegraph Company, its successors, and assigns, are authorized to erect and maintain on the streets, alleys and public ways
of said City the poles and fixtures and
wires-necussaryfor the purpose of anpplying the citizens of said City and the publie, communication by telegraph, or other
improved electrical device, such use to be

poles from the streets and alleys of said
City within sixty days from date that said
Campauy so ceases to use and operate
said lines.
Section 8, All Ordinances and parts of
Ordinances, orders and resolutions apon
the subject of telegraph poles, wires, ete.,
of previous date, in so far as the same relates to, the Westeru Union Telegraph
Company, are hereby repealed and auaulled.
