HE Trustees of the City of Nevada do
ordain as follows :
Section . . Tt is“hereby established and
declared necessary for the public convenience and welfare, that certain portions of
streets hereinafter designated (aad which
have been heretofore planked) shall be macadamized,and certain gutters herein specified shall be constructed and maintained.
Section 2. The streets and parts thereof, herein referred to, are described as fol.
lows :
