chief. “‘Unless the state regulations are strictly monitored

McDougal said the department is hoping to get cooperation from motorists by making
them aware of the situation.

medical facility in Incline
Village, Nev.

She was born in Polk County,
Ark., Dec. 7, 1912, one of seven
children of William and Haley
Alice (Gibson) Watson.
Mrs. Richardson and_ her
husband Elmer moved to Grass
Valley from Fresno in‘1972. He
died May 18, 1983.
Survivors include her seven
children, Bill of Burley, Idaho;
Bob of Portola, Eddy of Salem,
Ore., Corrine Coffey of Dublin,
Earny of Grass Valley, Cheline
Flippin of Grass Valley and
Tom of Lodi; 20 grandchildren,
11 great-grandchildren and one
sister, Elnora Walker of Lompoc.
