S. Department of Transportation. In order to complete compliances with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the FEIS is made available to the Council on Environmental Quality and to the public for a 30-day review period before iniating action on the project. Attached on pehalf of the Federal Highway Administration in accordance with 23 CFR 771, is a copy of the FEIS for your review.
