A RESUME OF THE YEAR'S PROGRAM Theme: Interpreting the Schools to the Public. Under the capable leadership of President John D. They reported their activities as éguows. The Advisory Committee consisting of Mr. Lleyd Geist, Chairman; Mr. Clay Caldwell, Mr. Walter Carlson, Mr. G. T. Tennis and Mr. William George was organized for the purpose of lending support and giving advice to the Association in all of its activities. The Policy Committee headed by Mrs. Hazel Estes, Mr. Albert Wood and Mr. Charles Welch working with the President did an outstanding job this year in re-organization and laying the foundation for a real teacher's group in our county. A new constitution was drawn up; an Administrative Guide published and a definite program of policy adopted. Program Committee chairmaned by Mrs. Elmer Stevens and assisted by Mrs. Alice Thibault presented some outstanding programs that will long be remembered by local teachers. Mr. Robert Reis, C. T. A. representative, appeared before the October dinner meeting in Grass Valley. Dr. J. Harris, Chief Psychiatrist State Mental Hygiene Clinic addressed the organization in Nevada City at a dinner
