All trotting and pacing races are the best
three in five, except the two-year old, unless
otherwise specified; five to enter and three
to start. But the Board reserves the right
to hold a lesa number than five to fill, by
withdrawal of a proportionate amount
of the purse. Entrance fee 10 per cent on
wre eens: to second, and 10 per cent. to third, ae

heats of any two classes alternately, if necessary to finish any day’s racing, orto trot a
